תני רבי חנינא לסיועיה לרב בעה"ב שטען טענת גנב בפקדון ונשבע והודה ובאו עדים אם עד שלא באו עדים הודה משלם קרן וחומש ואשם ואם משבאו עדים הודה משלם תשלומי כפל ואשם וחומשו עולה לו בכפילו דברי רבי יעקב
